How to layer Aimébène oils with other products?

After cleansing, massage our oils into slightly damp skin and hair as the final step in your body and hair care routine. Their light texture absorbs easily, leaving skin and hair silky, nourished, and radiant. For an even more intense sensory experience, follow with your chosen fragrance or mist to enhance and prolong its scent.

May I suggest a fragrance I would like to see in your upcoming collections?

How do I contact customer service?

We will get back to you as soon as possible. We are a very small team at the moment, so please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response.

Please note that our customer service is available Monday through Friday. Emails received on weekends will not receive an immediate response.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this time, orders are processed and prepared for shipment, making cancellation impossible.

What is your processing time?

Please allow 7 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, delivery will take 1 to 5 days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Canada. International orders are unfortunately not available at this time.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 across Canada. Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more, before taxes and after promotions/discounts.

What should I do if I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address?

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us by email (INFO@AIMEBENE.CA) as soon as possible so that we can correct it.

We can only change the address if the package has not yet received a tracking number. Once the order has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to retrieve the package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return/refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been processed.

By making a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and accept this no-return and no-refund policy.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will be happy to assist you and ensure you receive a replacement if you are eligible.
