What is the Radiance Club and how can I join?
Club Radiance is Aimébène Fragrance's loyalty program that rewards you for your purchases. Signing up for Club Radiance is quick and easy: simply register here to create your account. You will automatically earn points as soon as you sign up!
Is membership in the Radiance Club free?
Absolutely! It's our way of thanking you for being part of the Aimébène family.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! The more points you earn, the higher your Radiance level rises, giving you access to even more rewards and benefits. See the “How to Earn Points” section for more details.
How can I redeem my points?
Log in to your rewards dashboard here, go to the “How to redeem your points” section, and select the reward you are interested in. Once you have made your choice, copy and paste the promo code during checkout. You must be logged in to see the number of points you can redeem during checkout. Please note: coupons cannot be combined, you must have at least 250 points to start redeeming your points, and a minimum purchase of $30 is required.
Where can I check my points balance?
Start by logging into your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box at the top of the page. You can also visit your rewards page to check your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Your points never expire!
How long can I benefit from each Radiance level?
Enjoy your Radiance level for a full year, or until you move up to the next Radiance level! After this period, if the conditions are no longer met, your Radiance level will simply be adjusted and the associated benefits will change accordingly.
How do I know what level of Radiance I am at?
Once logged in, you can check your Radiance level on the Account page.
Can loyalty rewards and promotional codes be combined?
Unfortunately, Radiance Club reward points and promotional codes cannot be combined.
What happens to my points if my order is canceled?
If your order is canceled, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If points were used for that purchase, they will be credited back to your account.
When will I receive my birthday gift?
On your birthday! 100 points will be added to your account and you will also receive a 25% discount on your birthday! To receive your 25% discount code, you must be subscribed to our newsletter. Birthday points will only be delayed if your birthday falls within 30 days of the date you entered it. This measure is to prevent fraud, and you will receive your points after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my points when paying, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately, points cannot be used after a purchase has been made.
I was unable to refer a friend. What happened?
If you haven't been able to refer a friend, there are a few common reasons why. Double-check that there are no typos in the email address, as even a small mistake can prevent the referral from going through. Your friend's email address may already be registered in our system, either because they have already signed up or because they have been referred by someone else. It is also possible that you have reached the limit on the number of referrals allowed within a given time frame. Sometimes technical issues can also cause problems.
